Our 435® bottlings are small batch, limited releases. Two punk rockers + a bass-playing neuroscientist walk into a cider... no it's not the start of a dad joke, it's what actually happened when city met country i this collaboration between Etta Place Cider & Scion Cider.
The result: the ultimate jam session of Utah apples, a fruity saison yeast and aromatic Azacca™ hops playing in perfect harmony.
We opened our doors in April 2021 as Utah’s first orchard based cidery. We are located at 7000’ in the heart of Utah’s red rock country near Capitol Reef National Park. We planted the first of 500 cider and heritage apple trees in 2012 and now grow over 90 apple cultivars. We produce small batches of award-winning ciders, meads and more.
