Our apple orchards, planted above 6800' and watered by high mountain snow melt, produce 90 varieties of heritage and true cider applies, like Kingston Black, Wickson and Somerset.
We opened our doors in April 2021 as Utah’s first orchard based cidery. We are located at 7000’ in the heart of Utah’s red rock country near Capitol Reef National Park. We planted the first of 500 cider and heritage apple trees in 2012 and now grow over 90 apple cultivars. We produce small batches of award-winning ciders, meads and more.
