We grow 5 varieties of red-fleshed apples, primarily Redfield for the base this cider, then blend in our summer cider varieties to add complexity.
We opened our doors in April 2021 as Utah’s first orchard based cidery. We are located at 7000’ in the heart of Utah’s red rock country near Capitol Reef National Park. We planted the first of 500 cider and heritage apple trees in 2012 and now grow over 90 apple cultivars. We produce small batches of award-winning ciders, meads and more.
