We start this cider with a low tannin juice and many pounds of sliced fresh ginger in primary fermentation. Designed to complement foods like sushi, seafood, curries and lighter fare, it also holds its own as an enticing sipper on its own or as a base for our bespoke cocktail recipes.
We opened our doors in April 2021 as Utah’s first orchard based cidery. We are located at 7000’ in the heart of Utah’s red rock country near Capitol Reef National Park. We planted the first of 500 cider and heritage apple trees in 2012 and now grow over 90 apple cultivars. We produce small batches of award-winning ciders, meads and more.
