Our Velvet Ridge Newtown Pippin Hard
Cider begins our series where we apply more traditional winemaking techniques to our craft to produce this velvety smooth still cider.
The result is a brut dry cider with a huge mouth-feel and bushels of apple character.
Pair this cider with foods like tarragon chicken, mild and cream cheeses and sauces, or fish and shellfish.
We opened our doors in April 2021 as Utah’s first orchard based cidery. We are located at 7000’ in the heart of Utah’s red rock country near Capitol Reef National Park. We planted the first of 500 cider and heritage apple trees in 2012 and now grow over 90 apple cultivars. We produce small batches of award-winning ciders, meads and more.
