Cox Orange Pippin apples are hand-picked, pressed, slow fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the true character of this legendary apple. Not cutting any corners, we bottle conditioned for more than 14 months, then racked, riddled and disgorged in the traditional champagne method.

Cox’s Orange Pippin is a classic English apple variety regarded by many to be the finest of all dessert apples. Its legendary complex aromatic flavors are multidimensional, containing a range of subtle aromas of pear, melon, freshly-squeezed Florida orange juice and mango making this unique apple the benchmark against which all others are measured.
