Dry, slightly sparkling cider made entirely from Rosalee apples. Fermented with native yeast. Carbonated by secondary fermentation in the bottle. Unfiltered. Moderately tart. Pronounced fruit character.
Located in East Central PA, we produce cider from the most flavorful varieties of local apples. Our cider is allowed to ferment spontaneously, and is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized with no added flavoring.
