Dry, moderately tart, moderate apple character. Butterscotch aroma, and earthy suggestion of sweetness in the finish. Made entirely from Cortland apples. At our request, the orchard delayed the harvest to develop more flavor.
Located in East Central PA, we produce cider from the most flavorful varieties of local apples. Our cider is allowed to ferment spontaneously, and is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized with no added flavoring.
