This is our sweetest pure cider (made with 100% local Highland apples), but we let this one spontaneously ferment, (meaning we did not add any yeast, but allowed the native yeast to perform the fermentation). It has 2.1% residual sugar (medium sweet0, 7.4% abv,and is a favorite in our tasting room. Also it is a 2023 GLINTCAP Best in Class and gold medal winner. It's a very approachable cider whether or not you are a cider geek.
