Our Brutal! collaboration between La Garagista, La Montanuela, and Disciple is perfect for summertime. A traditional piquette, it's made by steeping lightly-pressed homefarm grape skins of marquette and la crescent in water, then blended with a little marquette from Brattleboro, a little la cresent from Vergennes, and a maple dosage from Maple Farmers syrup. It's light and low alchohol, but it still reads like a bright and juicy pet nat.
We love this wine with: summer sunshine, a day a the beach, lounging by the bar-b-que, a picnic in the meadow, a refresher at the end of the day.
