Novello is a collaborative project between La garagista and Disciple Cider. Made from our early apples pressed through our red Marquette and white La Crescent skins, this pretty springtime rose is a little bit fruity with lots of minerality, a lovely bubble, and some structure.
Our first wine release of 2022, Novello heralds bud break in the orchard and vineyard, warmer days, yet it brightens up a rain spell.
Drink this with...just drink this. Frankly, it's delicious plus low in alcohol. Perfect for a spring picnic outside or when the spring rain drives you in next to the wood stove, camped out on the living room floor. Great as the wine to start your evening, or accompanying eggs and bacon or pancakes for brunch.
