A dry, naturally-sparkling cider made exclusively with traditional cider fruit grown by Emmaus Orchard Farm in Ashe County, NC. Apple varieties include Golden Russet, Grimes Golden, Harrison, and Porter’s Perfection. The fruit from the orchard’s young trees create a lively, delicate cider with aromas of pear, honeysuckle and pineapple followed by a bright, mineral finish.
Molley Chomper makes hard cider in Ashe County, NC from heirloom apples grown in the high country of North Carolina and Virginia.
We work with small orchards that grow heritage cider and dessert apple varieties. The apples are harvested at peak ripeness and pressed at the cidery each Summer and Fall.
