With interest in growing cider apples on the rise, we’re excited to offer a range of “terroir” ciders, where 100% of the fruit comes from a specific orchard. Check out our online store for a sampler of our current terroir specific ciders (4-500ml bottles). These include Barrel 19 and Little Orchard ciders from our own farm, Emmaus and our Altapass Blend, made with fruit from the historic and beautiful Altapass Orchard in Spruce Pine, NC.
Molley Chomper makes hard cider in Ashe County, NC from heirloom apples grown in the high country of North Carolina and Virginia.
We work with small orchards that grow heritage cider and dessert apple varieties. The apples are harvested at peak ripeness and pressed at the cidery each Summer and Fall.
