Cider Refreshment, wine complexity is what we strive for at The Cider Farm. This cider features a very unusual hop--originally called Equinox. While there are minor hints of hop on the nose, on the pallet this cider is citrusy and clover-like, very similar to a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Enjoy it with food or on its own.
Notes
Over a dozen hops were trialed before we found one that resulted in a complex, wine-like flavor profile--not a hop-forward profile. This isn't a cider that wants to be a beer but a cider that has layers of complexity.

The Cider Farm is a cider and spirits brand based on an organic orchard in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. The Cider Farm grows only true cider apples, apples cultivated for making alcoholic beverages, not for eating. These apples have tannins, which give depth of flavor and mouthfeel to the beverages they comprise. The Cider Farm produces a rang of ciders from its European cider apples as well as America's only apple brandy made from true cider apples. These products are available throughout Wisconsin and in the Greater Chicago market.
