This is a a cider made only from our low-chill farmstead trees. Dry & bright with citrusy and brambly notes plus pleasing soft tannins.
Crabapples: Hyslop, Transcendent, Firecracker, Red Vein, Hewes, Lost Crab, Kerr, & Whitney
Apples: Pink Pearl, Pink Pearmain, Roxbury Russet, King David, Dorsett Golden, Anna, Stayman Winesap, Arkansas Black, Black Twig, and Wickson.
This year also includesa 5% blend of Syrah, Tempranillo, Lenoir, and wild grapes from our farmstead
